There was discussion around the benefits of using CL as an interviewer in being able to place questions precisely and model the client's answers. The goal of the evening was to explore what kinds of questions got what kinds of information. We replicated the experience I (Ned) has had over many tens of interviews where the client's responses could be 'theoretical/generalised' and with more funnelling questions, could become more symbolic. (My principle for interviews put very simply here isthat theory can be learned but symbolic experience is built on experience) These sessions overlapped with Clean my Bluff because were were attempting to understand when interviewees were constructing more than just 'the truth'
