THe idea I have found useful from emergent knowledge is the idea that from a few simple rules, diverse outcomes can emerge, depending on the system to which the rules are introduced.

One fine example is the FISH phenomenon, with four simple rules, to be introduced into workplaces, these rules are covered in the books "FISH Tales" and the way in which each manager, company owner or employee group applies these simple rules are fascinating,

You'll just need to read the book, apply it in your workplace and experience it for yourself,

What ever your experience, from introducing these four rules you will find spontaneous activities in the workplace suddenly awakening from hidden slumber,
