Has anyone ever tried using clean language techniques with schizophrenics?

My older brother was diagnosed many decades ago (here in the states) and the available health care is, to my mind, rather inadequate. I've been looking around for some method that would really help him and others dealing with serious mental health issues. Has anyone done any work with people in situations like this and what kind of success did you have?
