genealogical healing and space

I just ran a genealogical session, first for a long long time. It was very spacial and I considered taking the spaces of the ancestors and running clean space with them. Then I wasn't sure about the mixing of the processes and whether one might interfere with the integrity of the other and either way the spaces changed of their own accord 3 minutes into my wondering.
Does anyone with a lot of experience of genealogical work have ideas about combining it?
