utube overview on training attention's transition project, using clean questions to elicit metaphors from children on learning at best, getting angry and confidence - using their answers to create a group that allows them to all work at their best as much of the time as possible - then to use their coaching skills to take care of year 7's when they come up to school in september - its been a great success - love to share ideas with other people doing similar or wanting to join in.
