Thanks for posting this Caitlin. Having something to show to people who are clean-curious is really helpful to me, especailly when I'm not in a postion to demonstrate. The linked one minute vid is also helpful and encouragiing.

Things that didnt work so well and would of worked better.

There is a loud back ground hiss to the footage I would prefer it if this wasnt there.

The delivery is super quick even for me!! ( and we all know I like to work quickly) I didnt notice a prompt to pause the tape to reflect, this would of worked better for me.

You use the words "worst" and "normal" I would prefer "when this state is most intense" or "when this feeling is most intense" and "at your best" or "in a better state".

Thank you for feedback on Utube posting. Will be doing some rerecording later in year and will slow it down and eliminate hiss.

(after spending time interogating it so that it confesses its strengths)

Caitlin,

I really appreciated these videos. Your voice and presence were so positive and hopeful. My favorite was "How Do I Become." The focus was so clear and specific, I was amazed at the insights I achieved after answering only a few clean questions. I hope you continue to produce these samples--they're great!
