Thank you Karen: I'm very glad that David was in your caring hands when he died and your loving voice accompanied him into eternity.

Thank you Betty, Barbara and John: it's very reassuring to me that David wasn't alone on his very last flight to the Bay of Plenty.

Thank you Diane and Caitlin and others for the idea of collecting all the contributions on the forum and putting them together into a book for the family.

Thank you Penny and James and Robert and others for speaking so eloquently and straight from the heart at the funeral.

Thank you all for keeping me company on this journey.

But last but not least, thank you Phil for being our ground control when we were all up in the air. Thank you for keeping in touch with everybody, so we could all share our grief.
