Training Attention Ltd are co-hosting an employability training seminar open to all those working in the field of regeneration and community work - places are limited you must contact us to book.
The aim of the seminar is to network organisations with a similar interest in providing this training and to facilitate ways in which those organsations could combine forces to share resources and skills.
The Skills4Success course run by Training Attention since 2004 has a 68% success rate in participants finding sustainable employment and a 100% success rate in those people completing their vocational training! We want to pass this course on to those working locally so that the course becomes part of the fabric of services delivered, rather than us as ousiders coming in. The course is based on clean language and systemic modelling - the group become each others' coach and they generate their own solutions to their unemployment.
