Hi there,
I'm writing up the group metaphor elicitation process first piloted with New Information Paradigms 1999 (see our web site or theirs for details) for an academic journal. (It's been part of the OU MBA and a short programme already)
If I've trained you in the process and you've applied it in a business context I'd love some feedback on how successful/ or not its been and what made the difference.
I'm just coaching someone at the moment who is applying it at Boots HR with great results and I thought there are probably a load more case studies out there that could contribute into the paper.
